Shipping
BSE Graphics uses USPS and UPS for all shipping. We only ship to addresses in the United States; no PO Boxes. A flat shipping rate of $5 is applied to all orders under $75. Free shipping is offered for all orders over $75. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Local pickup and delivery is available for customers in the Trenton, IL. Select "Local Pickup" as the shipping method.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is included in all prices. Therefore, no sales tax is added at checkout.
Returns and Exchanges
All sales of custom products are final.
Purchases of pre-designed products are eligible for return, exchange or refund in unused condition within 30 days of purchase. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping costs are not refundable.
Defective or damaged products are eligible for replacement or refund within 30 days of purchase. BSE Graphics will work with the customer on shipping costs related to defective or damaged products.
